Description and Requirements
工作内容：
组织安排各类投资者路演、分析师会议及大型参访活动等，及时与股东方和潜在投资者进行沟通，使得公司的市值得以不断增长；需要能够自行积极运用各种工具和方法，与投资人和分析师做有效的及时联系；
积极与IR同事合作开展参访活动；
撰写每两周一次的投资者关系工作报告；
通过编制季报、年报、电子邮件、推广时事通讯 ( newsletter) 为投资者提供企业透明度，根据港交所规定和内部需求完成公司的信息披露；
每日日报及股价和交易量变动等准备工作以提供管理团队参考；
定期进行股东组成及活动分析；每周监督公司股价变动情况, 形成报告形式发送至集团股东、董事会等；
完成上级领导分配的其他工作。
岗位要求：
具备PR 工作经验 1-3年以上者优先；
优秀的中英文文字写作功底和口语表达能力；
工作主动性强，細心，且沟通能力強。
