1.Handle equipment in a safe way and reduce breakage by a strict control on a daily basis, monthly inventory stock takes and intensive training and follow ups of all colleagues.
2.In Support of management may conduct and supervise monthly inventory stock takes of beverages and equipment such as but not limited to chinaware, flatware and linen.
3.Create, update and follow a guest database containing preferences and contact details to surprise and delight returning guests and keep a good communication with regular guests.
4.Hold knowledge of all Forbes standards applicable to the assigned section and act accordingly. Train and control all Forbes standards to all assigned colleagues to drive guest satisfaction and the execution of a Forbes 5 Star service experiences.
5.Be aware of the Guest Heartbeat feedbacks and results and communicate to lead colleagues on a daily basis to create an understanding of our guests needs and expectations
Day to day
1.A minimum of 1 years outlet experience in a luxury hotel environment, preferably Forbes 4 or 5 star rated hotel.
