Job Description:

  • Liaison between sales/customer and all relevant internal teams (Triage, e-com, B2B, CAM, product management, tech support, customs, credit & collections, service, price maintenance, inter-divisional, etc.)

  • Fully support all inbound escalations from Sales Team via phone, email and chat.

  • Cooperation with Sales team and other functional team on daily business order supporting and business-related process implementation.

  • Support channel partners agreement process in system and other related channel process execution.

  • Good communication with channel partners in handling partners’ daily request

  • Support on the improvement and optimization on the business process and constantly improve the internal working efficiency.

  • Support on business report and help sales team on forecasts, revenue, booking pacing tracking.

  • Coordinate with various departments to ensure timely delivery of products and services to customers.

  • Other sales operation related process build-up and follow-up

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree required and/or equivalent experience.

  • 3+ years of professional experience in sales operations, channel support, business administration or another related field.

  • Demonstrate the ability to identify and solve problems, work collaboratively in a team environment, and to multi-task under deadlines.

  • Good Interpersonal and communication skills, with proven ability to effectively interact with internal and external contacts.

  • Expert in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint.

  • Good written English.
