We are looking for someone who can think strategically with our developers and designers to inform and empower mobile browser users, and work pragmatically with both internal and external partners to drive growth through valuable features and delightful experiences.

Responsibilities

As a Senior Product Manager, you will take ownership in product areas and solutions end-to-end, and will be responsible for defining product innovation and strategy, building and managing roadmap, designing features, ensuring user experience, reviewing data, as well as executing go-to-market plans

Develop product ideas based on user needs and business objectives, and through user research, competitor analysis.

Validate and improve product solutions over time through measurement and experimentation.

Manage dependencies and ensure that features land on time with the required scope and quality.

Develop and execute go-to-market plans to drive positive feature awareness and engagements.

Present new product plans, strategy, demos, competitive reviews to the leadership team.

Qualifications

Product mindset & demonstrate customer obsession, vision led, make data driven decisions, deliver right outcomes, and tell the story.

Ability to deliver end-to-end product solutions, including competitive research, requirements definition, user experience design, and growth execution.

Ability to design feature experimentations and make data-informed decisions.

Ability to plan and manage multiple projects/features concurrently.

Ability to thrive in ambiguous business situations; be open to acting quickly and iterating.

Excellent writing, communication, formal presentation and interpersonal skills.

Bachelor’s Degree

6+ years experience in user-facing product OR equivalent experience.

Solid track record of delivering user values at large scale

Ability to influence without authority, collaborate effectively, and lead virtual teams.

Effective communicator, skilled presenter & growth minded interpersonal skills.

Effective at driving complex multi-stakeholder processes and cross-team programs.  

Ability to build effective relationships, influence and collaborate at all organizational levels.
