Description and Requirements
- 职位描述：
1.负责云平台各产品数据指标体系构建，定义数据标准，产出数据规范，并推动标准和规范的落地，推动数据治理的完成；
2.支持云平台各方向数据需求，持续交付可视化数据分析看板，提升运营效率，推动产品演进；
3.参与业务用户团队沟通，深入了解业务需求，与PM，产研一起探索数据产品规划，定义数据指标，建设数据产品，实现云产品数据的业务价值；
4.负责运营相关数据定义和管理，提供及时有效的分析结果和策略产出，通过数据驱动业务目标的达成；
5.分析应用方需求，输出解决方案，联动产研，推动方案落地，共同推动数据质量提升；
6.敏锐洞察行业和用户痛点，分析与沉淀数据中台的核心能力，为公司业务决策提供支持和建议
7.定期监测成本变化，保持与友商的竞争力
- 职位要求：
1.计算机、统计学、数据分析，财务管理等相关专业优先；
2.3年以上产品运营及数据分析工作经验，熟悉云计算领域产品者优先；
3.能熟练运用分析工具并对数据趋势作出独立思考和判断、可以基于客观数据准确定位业务的关键问题，并给出解决问题的建议，提升关键的数据指标结果，提升运营效率；
4.具备强沟通能力，团队协作能力，数据分析能力，结构化思维能力，良好的自我驱动力和学习能力，有过独立负责复杂项目管理经验的优先。
- 有良好的英文读写、表达能力
