Team/Role Overview
The Learning Execution & Relationship role is a developing professional role within the Learning Implementation Services group. This role is part of a global team that provides support to our Learning Advisor partners to successfully implement and deploy learning initiatives for employees across the firm. They will work closely with other Learning Operations teams to develop learning solutions ranging from speaker series to large training initiatives to regulatory requirements.
This role requires attention to detail when reviewing information submitted to ensure we are adhering to learning guidelines put forth by our Learning Governance partners. Developed communication and diplomacy skills are required in order to exchange potentially complex/sensitive information. Quality and timeliness of service provided will affect the effectiveness of own team and other closely related teams.
What you’ll do
Supports the design, planning, implementation and maintenance of specific learning and development projects and programs (classroom, virtual instructor-led and web-based trainings).
Acts as the primary point person for logistics, materials management, set-up, kick-off and on-site support for programs (both classroom training and virtual instructor-led training) for your Learning Advisor.
Manages, tracks and records learning and regulatory programs and participants on the Learning Management System (also includes setting up new learning items, enrolling participants and processing cancellations).
Builds relationships with HR and L&C colleagues both globally and regionally to maximize influence, promote efficiency, and strive for effectiveness.
Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.
What we’ll need from you
The Learning Execution and Relationship Management role is focused on building strong partnerships to successfully and efficiently implement learning initiatives. We are looking for someone who:
Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills
Background in HR or Learning is a benefit
Strong relationship management skills to build partnerships with Learning Advisors
Proficient in Microsoft Office with an emphasis on MS Excel
Self-motivated and detail oriented
Education:
- Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent experience
