Markets Operations Belfast Overview:

Our Operations groups are core to the success of the Markets business. We support a wide range of internal stakeholders including Front Office Sales and Trading Desks, Compliance, Legal, Finance and HR; alongside having significant interaction with external clients, playing a key role in the overall client experience.

What you’ll do:

• Manages a set of assigned projects, development of plans, tracking progress of deliverables, performing analysis as part of issue resolution, ensuring all project delivery documentation is in place, to the required standard and signed off.

• Foster and maintain relationships with business and technology stakeholders acting as SME

• Works with stakeholders to ensure requirements are backed by a business case/cost benefit analysis is in line with business objectives and that there are trackable, tangible benefits with associated KPIs.

• Support the Operations line team with their test preparation and execution and ensure all procedures, staffing etc considerations are addressed as part of their Operational readiness planning.

• Leads the identification and drives resolution of issues, including those outside of the immediate workstream within their remit.

• Drives adherence to program processes, procedures, methods, and standards for program delivery as defined by Citi PM standards.

What we’ll need from you :

• Project Management Experience

• Ability to build and sustain stakeholder relationships

• Good time management

• Possesses a comprehensive understanding of how own area and others collectively integrate to contribute towards achieving business objectives
