About the Role

We are seeking a transformative leader to join our team as the Head of Baileys Mallusk Site, a world-class manufacturing and packaging facility producing over 5 million cases of Baileys Original Irish Cream and Sheridan's Liqueur annually.

As the site leader, you will be responsible for delivering outstanding results, driving cost savings, and implementing successful CAPEX improvements while fostering a culture of manufacturing excellence.

With a strong background of inspiring high-performance teams, you will lead by example, promoting a culture of continuous improvement, and empowering your team to make informed decisions. With a focus on safety, quality, performance, and people development, you will shape the site's long-term strategy and drive execution across all areas of the balanced scorecard.

About You

We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced leader to join our team as the Head of Baileys Mallusk Site.

The ideal candidate will possess a degree in a relevant subject such as food science, quality, or engineering, or equivalent level of experience. In addition, they will have a strong working knowledge of H&S and E legislation and standards, as well as excellent communication and influencing abilities to develop and sustain robust relationships.

They will have experience in handling people performance, coaching and developing a multi-disciplined team, and will be able to apply proactive problem-solving skills to drive results.

Strong computer literacy and financial awareness are also essential.

Demonstratable knowledge of manufacturing excellence, packaging, lean methodologies, process control, or engineering techniques, and understanding of commercial implications of production and supply chain management would be desirable.
