Title: Sales Operations Data & Reporting Analyst

Grade: 9

Location: Belgrade, Serbia

NCR Voyix is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Sales Operations Analyst to support our dynamic Sales organization. This role involves the crucial tasks of reporting on a variety of financial, operational, and workforce metrics, ensuring our multiple Sales teams function efficiently and effectively.

The Global Sales Operations Team consists of analysts leading projects that impact Retail line of business: order & revenue growth; headcount management; sales process, reporting and governance; planning of accounts, growth and coverage. We provide consultation to the Sales Leaders, and working in close contact, support Sales in managing the operational and process deployment aspects of Global Retail Sales. The Global Sales Operations Team enables Sales success as a highly productive organization through managed, defined processes and performance-improving consulting.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough validation of datasets relevant to Sales Operation trends, forecasting accuracy, and insightful analytics, including but not limited to Headcount, Sales roles, Funnel performance, and Customer engagement.

  • Develop and maintain Salesforce (SFDC) Dashboards to provide actionable insights for Sales teams, guiding business decisions and strategy.

  • Sustain data integrity through periodic reviews of key elements for accuracy and opportunities for enhancements in central databases.

  • Harness data reporting and analytics capabilities, leveraging tools such as Power Query and Power BI, to create structured, visually oriented solutions aimed at managing and refining the sales process.

  • Assist in the scrutiny of funnel trends through various performance indicators, instituting a consistent review process for funnel data accuracy.

  • Document all processes meticulously and maintain a log of monthly activities, ensuring transparency and reproducibility.

  • Working across groups to align systems and manual processes to enable timely, accurate and consistent info.

  • Collaboration with sales, ops, and finance teams to ensure proper administration of current Go-To-Market strategies (annual, quarterly, monthly)

Analysis and Problem Solving

  • Direct and identify areas of opportunity where continuous improvement can be applied.

  • Apply critical thinking skills; utilize appropriate resources within the company to solve issues, identify root cause and carry to resolution.

  • Report on a core set of financial, operational, and people metrics for multiple Sales teams

  • Analyze Sales funnel for trends, identifying opportunities and actions for improvement.

  • Business management of Sales best practices using data analytics and KPIs

Drive and Own Resolution

  • Facilitate and run Sales ops project meetings with internal teams

  • Drive processes while understanding cross-functional team goals

  • Manage issues with a focus on global impact (solve once for many)

  • Facilitate escalations to the proper avenue, remove roadblocks, achieve goals

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent international certification)

  • Solid proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel (i.e. Macros, Pivot Tables)

  • Ability to work independently and collaborate across functions while meeting deadlines

  • Ideal candidate must be self-motivated, with strong organizational skills

  • Experience with Salesforce, with a preference for candidates who can create and manage SFDC Dashboards. Or similar CRM

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an emphasis on sales metrics and reporting.

  • Proficiency in data analytics tools including Power Query and Power BI.

  • Attention to detail and commitment to data hygiene across all operations.

  • Excellent documentation skills to accurately capture processes and monthly tasks.
