Job Description

• Support Workday Deliver Assurance scheduling and execution

• Plan and coordinate with one another to ensure all testing activities are executed within the integrated implementation timeline

• Responsible for the development and management of the implementation Test Strategy and Test Plans

• Direct the activities of test managers and other test resources on a day-to-day basis based on the project plan and required tasks

• Ensure that the Unit, End to End and parallel/UAT test plan requirements are communicated and accepted by impacted vendors and any third parties

• Secure agreement from and coordinate with vendors and internal system owners on test environments, expectations and resources

• Develop a comprehensive set of test scenarios

• Facilitate testing execution

• Manage daily test status reporting

• Provide coaching and support for functional and technical teams in the development of test scenarios

• Provide guidance on the standards for test scenarios

• Sign off on all test plans and test reports

• Identify, escalate and assist in resolving issues related to testing

• Manage test exit - all criteria, reporting and signoffs - for all testing cycles (Unit Testing, End to End Testing, UAT, Parallel Testing)

• Provide status updates in the weekly project team status meeting

Skills and Requirements

• 5-7 years of experience with Workday and knowledge of HR, Finance, Supply Chain and Research domains

• Bachelor's Degree

• Previous tenure in the IT space

• Needs to have worked in a mature organization to understand methodologies

• Must be organized, enforce schedule and test parameter adherence

• Detail-oriented

• Ability to summarize

• Technical knowledge not important

• Strong testing and leadership experience

Project management experience - Healthcare experience

• Domain knowledge

• Organizational knowledge null
