Aerotek Project Manager in Bellevue, Pennsylvania
Description:
We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to plan and supervise a wide range of construction projects from start to finish. Candidates will organize and oversee construction procedures from start to finish and ensure they are completed in a timely and efficient manner. An excellent Construction Project Manager must be well-versed in all commercial construction methodologies and procedures and able to coordinate teams of superintendents, foremen, tradesmen, and subcontractors. The ideal candidate will have an analytical mind and great organizational skills. The goal will be to ensure all projects are delivered on time according to requirements and without exceeding budget.
Candidates will be required to work in the office, but also spend a fair amount of time in the field, overseeing projects, boots-on-the-ground. Some reasonable travel may be required, but they work locally.
Project Managers are also often required to work outside of normal business hours when issues arise on job sites. This is a non-negotiable and extremely common in commercial construction.
