Description
Ring Marketing is seeking a Creative Program Manager to lead marketing projects, and operations initiatives. You will manage the execution of deliverables for product launches and marketing campaigns that support high-visibility, high-impact business goals. You will also contribute to building and implementing workflow tools and scalable processes that help Ring Marketing deliver on our project roadmap.
The ideal candidate will have bias for action and experience overseeing complex creative programs with a high degree of ambiguity. In this role, you are the hub of the creative and design team, valued as a go-to resource on project details, timelines, and day-to-day tasks. You seek to be a true owner and drive relentlessly to raise the bar. You have a deep understanding of the creative process and are able to clearly define roles and responsibilities for cross-functional teams, make trade-offs, meet deadlines, and proactively provide solutions to address risks and blockers. Key job responsibilities
• Manage multiple, parallel projects working with designers, writers, producers, business leaders, and external vendors.
• Manage end-to-end process and mechanisms for content creation including defining prioritization criteria, schedules, stages and gates, and stakeholders’ role and responsibilities.
• Ensure all deliverables are meeting business partner expectations, including adherence to established timelines and budgets.
• Uphold standards and best practices methods.
• Ensure the creative team focuses on priority projects, knows the project vision, objectives and requirements.
• Work with UX team, web development, and ecomm teams to build new website modules and components.
• Collect and synthesize input from stakeholders and share out to the creative team.
• Communicate to the creative team project status, flagging and troubleshooting potential issues.
• Create, maintain and disseminate project information to stakeholders and senior management.
• Remove roadblocks, disambiguate situations that impede designers and other stakeholders
improvements where relevant.
• Facilitate effective creative reviews and alignment meetings with senior leaders, business partners, stakeholders, and agencies.
A day in the life
A Ring creative program manager begins their day reviewing project timelines and emails. They might attend a kick-off meeting for a new campaign or check in on projects in progress.
Throughout the day, they coordinate with designers, copywriters, UX teams, developers, and e-commerce stakeholders, ensuring all elements align with brand guidelines and technical requirements. They schedule and facilitate creative reviews, gathering feedback and managing revisions. They work on developing assets for campaigns and collaborate on building new modules and components for the site. Between meetings, they update project schedules, address bottlenecks, and communicate progress. They assist with project prioritization and resource allocation.
Their day concludes by preparing for upcoming presentations and planning the next day's priorities, serving as the central point of contact for all project-related matters.

Basic Qualifications
3+ years of experience as a Design Program Manager, Producer, Account Manager, Creative Project Manager, or similar role with a creative agency, design studio, or in-house team
5+ years of marketing experience
Excellent verbal and written communication skills across all levels of leadership
Experience using and optimizing workflow tools and creative processes
Experience managing creative work across product, brand, strategy, marketing, sales, or advertising initiatives (including integrated campaigns, social, digital, print, photography, video, out of home, etc.)
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
Preferred Qualifications
Experience trafficking and delivering video and image files via digital supply chain
Knowledge of current project management tools and methodologies
Adept at working cross-functionally and influencing stakeholders
Open and collaborative, with proven ability to set priorities, unblock teams, and meet deadlines
Strong sense of ownership and urgency; optimistic, “get it done” mindset

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $108,400/year in our lowest geographic market up to $185,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
