Responsibilities

 

  • Provide strategic direction and leadership to the Program Management Office (PMO) team, aligning project management efforts with organizational goals and objectives.

``` - Oversee the management and prioritization of regional key projects, ensuring effective implementation and delivery within defined timelines and budgets.

``` - Foster collaboration and communication across functions within the global E-Commerce team, collecting cross-team requirements and promoting effective collaboration processes to enhance organizational efficiency.

``` - Continuously identify opportunities for process improvement within the PMO and across project management practices.

``` - Develop and implement key collaboration processes to streamline operations and enhance overall organizational effectiveness.

``` - Develop and deliver key reports to maintain external credibility and provide transparent and comprehensive internal information.

``` - Lead the identification, assessment, and mitigation of project risks. Drive a culture of continuous improvement within the PMO and the wider organization.

``` - Lead change management efforts related to project management practices, ensuring smooth transitions and effective adoption of new processes, tools, or methodologies.

``` - Recruit, develop, and mentor a high-performing PMO team.  

 

Qualifications

 

Must have a Master's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Engineering (any), Computer Science, Logistics, or a related field and 3 years of related work experience; or a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Engineering (any), Computer Science, Logistics, or a related field and 6 years of post-baccalaureate, progressive

 

related work experience.

 

 

Must have 3 years of experience in the following skills:

 

  • Software development project management including building development processes and coordinating release schedules;

``` - Planning, developing, and executing projects in Waterfall and Agile methodologies;  

```{=html}

``` - Developing project timelines, gathering requirements, assessing risks, and leveraging written formats -- including presentations and storylines -- to influence executive-level decisions;

``` - Analyzing datasets to uncover insights, business growth opportunities, and area of improvement using SQL or Excel; and  

```{=html}

``` - Interfacing directly with team members, stakeholders, and organization leaders to communicate objectives, status, risk, and updates.  

 

Travel Requirement: International Travel up to 20% Required.
