Operations Manager, Corporate Facilities & Workplace Services Reporting to the Director of Real Estate & Facilities, this position is responsible for managing a team that oversees corporate facility access, processes facility ticketing (via JIRA) requests, coordinates common areas and meeting spaces, and handles facility maintenance. The Manager will ensure operational efficiency, maintain vendor relationships, contribute to facility budgets, and deliver high levels of service across all corporate locations. Key Responsibilities: * Facilities Operations, Maintenance & Security: o Plans, organizes, maintains, and manages the operations and reliability of TerraPower facilities and general infrastructure systems. o Establishes, monitors preventative maintenance processes and programs, and facility inspection processes for on-going review of maintenance work by vendors. o Hires, evaluates, and trains direct reports. o Lead and manage the execution of facility access and security protocols for employees, vendors, and guests. o Develops, recommends, and implements policies, procedures, and processes in support of building operations and monitors compliance. o Leads trouble-shooting efforts and assigns appropriate staff to assist with responding to after-hour issues. o Oversee all facility support requests, ensuring timely and effective resolution through JIRA ticketing systems. * Vendor & Resource Management: o Manage vendor relationships, ensuring compliance with company procedures. Serves as the primary liaison with other departments, external vendors and agencies o Oversee facility purchasing, including office and kitchen supplies, consumables, and special facility requests, as well as assist with monthly reconciliation. * Access Control, On/Off boarding, Logistics & Space Coordination: o Manage corporate shipping and logistics services. o Manage new employee and contractor onboarding and offboarding processes and orientations. o Manage front desk operations, providing training to Access and Operations staff and interns, and ensure access and security compliance. o Oversee and manage the scheduling and usage of conference rooms, ensuring optimal coordination. o Oversee and manage the compliance of TerraPower physical Safeguards' rooms. o Assist with organizational seat mapping, collaboratin
