Payroll Coordinator, Part-Time Hourly Job ID: 14210 Location: Bellevue College Full/Part Time: Part Time Regular/Temporary: Temporary Position Summary Payroll Coordinator processes and manages payroll activities ensuring all employees are paid in an accurate, timely, and cost-efficient manner in compliance with College's policies and governmental regulations. Payroll Coordinator maintains payroll records, enters and updates payroll related information in the payroll system, processes employees' leave and timesheets, provides supports in the payroll related information to supervisors, administrators, faculty, and employees. Pay, Benefits & Work Schedule Pay rate: $23.00/hour - $27.95/hour The successful candidate is expected to work 15-19 hours per week. This position typically assigned as needed on a quarterly basis, with no expectation of continued employment beyond the current appointment. The temporary hourly employment is limited to the earlier of 1,050 hours or 12 consecutive months beginning from the original date of hire. Temporary hourly employees who work more than three hundred fifty (350) hours in a twelve consecutive month period may be subject to provisions of one the collective bargaining agreements covering Classified employees at Bellevue College. This position is expected to NOT be eligible for benefits because eligibility is limited only to employees working at least an average of 80 hours in eligible employment for more than 6 consecutive months and at least 8 hours a month.
