Recruiting Coordinator This position requires strong organizational and communication skill, with ability to effectively partner with internal/external clients and candidates. The ideal candidate will display ability to appropriately judge competing priorities and shift focus accordingly. This position will be hybrid onsite. Responsibilities * Outlook calendar and Applicant Tracking management * Schedule onsite and virtual interviews * Communicate with candidates via email, telephone and system generated messaging * Problem-solve and troubleshoot technical difficulties and other issues * Collaborate with recruiting team to provide best candidate experience with a focus on process improvement * Arrange travel, accommodation, and meals for visiting candidates * Process travel and expense reimbursements * Update candidate records and job postings in various recruiting applications and tools * Update and maintain various reporting mechanisms via theApplicant Tracking System and Excel * Coordinate collection and distribution of interview feedback and post-interview debrief meetings as required * Prepare interview materials and consolidated reporting * Assist with coordination of other team activities as needed Key Qualifications and Skills * Minimum of 3 years commercial experience in a coordinator, administrative or other similar role * Strong preference for recruiting coordinator experience * Superb customer focus, attention to detail with strong organizational skills * Strong oral and written communication skills with ability to appropriately judge competing priorities, shift focus accordingly * Able to handle multiple priorities at once * Ability to effectively prioritize and navigate during occasional periods of ambiguity * Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, Sharepoint, Confluence and other related tools. Preference for experience with or knowledge of various Applicant Tracking Systems * Ability to work in a fast paced, production environment * The successful candidate will possess a high degree of trust and integrity, communicate openly and display respect and a desire to foster teamwork. * Actual position starting level and title will be determined based on assessment of qualifications.
