eBay, Inc. seeks Senior Product Manager 1 - Technical in Bellevue, WA

Job Duties: Craft vision and work on products that impact and enhance how eBay sellers conduct their business every day to drive billions of dollars of commerce. Work with many groups within eBay and gain in-depth knowledge of e-commerce and business at scale. Participate in deep user research to better understand eBay's customers through both qualitative (site visits, usability testing, etc.) and quantitative (metrics, surveys, etc.) techniques. Build tomorrow's mobile experience for eBay's global network of sellers. Define and own roadmap for mobile native applications. Act as a consultant for other selling product teams, as they integrate solutions into the native mobile experience. Own the decisions on the mobile product experience and look and feel. Work closely with a team of product managers, designers, developers, testers, and analysts in a dual-track agile environment. Synthesize customer insights, quantitative and qualitative data, and business strategy into product concepts and requirements. Collaborate, influence, and align with colleagues and partners across eBay's international ecosystem. Understand eBay's strategic and market position for sellers and deliver products that are recognized best in the industry. Utilize direct experience in either product design (UX) and/or engineering, in managing an international product portfolio, and in managing and 'shipping' a mobile product. Understand and serve C2C (Consumer to Consumer) and  B2C (Business to Consumer) sellers.  Know how to create and evangelize a product strategy, thriving in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Minimum Requirements: Master's degree, or foreign equivalent, in Computer Engineering, Engineering Design, or closely related field plus one (1) year of experience in the job offered, as a Senior Product Manager 1, Technical or a closely related occupation.

(7) Product design and collaboration platforms

(8) Agile/Scrum methodologies;

(9) JIRA; and

(10) Native mobile app management

Salary range: $173,310.00-206,200.00 per annum. 40 hours per week; M-F, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
