Together, we won't stop! Job Overview There are 3 roles available for 3 areas: 1. New Hire Porgrams 2. Readiness Support 3. Leadership Development As a Sr. Instructional Designer you will lead all key aspects of the instructional design process, from project prioritization and planning through course deployment and evaluation. In some cases you will facilitate the design process leading other designers, and may be directly responsible for project-managing the design effort. Communicating with appropriate departments among all functional areas regarding project material, subject matter, and deadlines is a requirement of the position. You will also be encouraged to mentor and lead other Instructional Design team members in areas of design technology and project management. Job Responsibilities: Lead multiple design projects using sound project management tools and methodologies Represent cross-functional teams in systems implementation at an enterprise level Secure content from vendors, engineering, and other parties as needed for course development Review, edit and re-design existing curriculum Design, pilot and launch new curriculum Proactively seek new ways to manage train the trainer roll outs, and conduct program effectiveness reviews Work with subject matter experts to proactively partner to acquire and validate courseware content Successfully implement training solutions. Establish relationships with various stakeholders to ensure timely response to training needs. Work with members of the system implementation team to meet design goals efficiently, effectively, and within the specified time frame and budget while exceeding stake holders_ expectations Offer performance consulting solutions and strategies Handle vendor relationships for long-term partnership Proactively introduce new training tools and concepts into the training development process. This includes interactive video and audio. Education: Bachelor's Degree (Required) Work Experience: 4-7 years Instructional Design experience. The successful candidate's actual pay will be based on various factors, such as work location, qualifications, and experience, so the actual starting pay may be above or below this range. At T-Mobile, employees in regular, non-temporary roles are eligible for an annual bonus or periodic sales incentive or bonus, based on their role. Most Corporate employees are eligible for a year-end bonus based on company and/or individual performance and which is set at a percentage of the employee's eligible earnings in the prior year.
