Amazon Sr. Program Manager, Americas DSP CPE&I in Bellevue, Washington
Description
We are looking for a talented Senior Program Manager to drive the implementation of DSP Products and Tools across the DSP Americas network. Our scope includes Brazil, Canada and Mexico. As a team player, you have an opportunity to work with some of the best technical program managers, project managers, finance partners, and business leaders across the company to design the optimal plan to deploy DSP Tech tools that solve the capacity requirement and provide the best customer experience in the most cost-efficient way.
This Sr. Program Manager will drive data-driven decision-making and analyze diverse sets of data to build insights for our business. This Sr. PM will be gathering owner insights, mining data, making recommendations, and helping senior leaders make key business decisions. This Sr. PM will have the opportunity to work with a large, complex, and unrefined set of data to gather insights across different countries.
Key job responsibilities
This role requires working with cross-functional business teams across the company to jointly define requirements, develop solutions, and manage the timelines for all current and future DSP tech launches. This position involves regular communication with senior management on status, risks/opportunities and daily change control management. Cross-team coordination, project management and executive interaction skills are essential.
• Manage full lifecycle complex cross-functional programs with considerable impact across multiple organizations
• Partner with Data Engineers and Software Engineers to design products and systems to transform and analyze billions of data items.
• Perform complex business analysis to help drive organizational decision-making
• Manage medium to large-scale data analysis projects, identify business and technical requirements, and build automated reporting and insight methodologies and tools that are financially grounded, yet explainable operationally.
• Develop improvements and invent new ways to manipulate/mine data from a variety of data sources.
• Work autonomously, seeking to understand business problems, automation limitations, scaling factors, boundary conditions, and reasons behind leadership decisions·
• Work with program managers, business leaders, and executive team to communicate and impact critical business initiatives
About the team
The Country Parity, Expansions and Integrations (CPE&I) team is responsible to drive parity and expand the DSP program across non-US countries in Americas. Coordinating and leading other +15 Product and Program central teams that support the program.
Basic Qualifications
8+ years of program or project management experience
MBA in supply chain, business, engineering, finance or related technical or quantitative field
Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
Language: Spanish and/or Portuguese
Preferred Qualifications
2+ years of driving process improvements experience
Product Management Experience

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $104,100/year in our lowest geographic market up to $185,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
