T-Mobile's National Security Compliance Office is looking for an organized, detailed-oriented, proactive Program Manager to lead projects and activities to fulfill critical US Government commitments. This role focuses on the development and maintenance of programs, leading complex legal, compliance, and regulatory issues and business risk. Provides day-to-day compliance guidance, oversight and recommendations. This position is expected to act with a substantial amount of independence and overall ownership and operationalization of various compliance initiatives. The role provides a critical compliance and regulatory function in support of the business-critical initiatives. An ideal candidate would act as a subject matter expert (SME) in defined matters, maintain awareness and keep complete records of relevant programs/initiatives. Responsibilities may include legal and regulatory training, process development, policies, controls, auditing, reporting, drafting, quality and compliance reviews, settlements, contract review/drafting, matter management, privacy, consumer protection, and regulatory responses. What you'll do in your role. Formulate and oversee program/project timelines and agendas, initiate kick-off sessions and lead working meetings and other program-centric efforts, including providing status updates. Serves as a subject matter expert (SME) to critical stakeholders, for defined programs/projects. Coordinate with the applicable stakeholders to design, maintain and manage the day-to-day functions and governance structure of ongoing legal/compliance Programs. Identifies and communicates compliance risks, costs, inefficiencies, opportunities and improvements to the attention of applicable business units, regulatory teams, and other critical stakeholders, for consideration and remediation.
