Design and implement software systems or features that meets requirements defined by product owners. Apply software engineering skills to solve business problem with limited guidance. Deliver clean, maintainable, secure, and high-quality software. Participate in code reviews and team design meetings. Evaluate different vendor solutions and propose decisions with data-driven analysis and tradeoff discussions. Contribute to team on-call rotations and improve team engineering and operational efficiency. Mentor junior engineers. Contribute to team process improvements. Collaborate with cross teams to achieve common business goals. Conduct tech interviews. Bachelor's or foreign degree equivalent in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field followed by two years of progressive, related experience.
