Job Overview Contributes focused expertise and drives a culture of spending discipline for strategic vendors/categories (highly critical to current and future business operations) via the employment of efficient, effective, and best in class strategic sourcing, contract management, negotiation, and supplier management practices. Serves as a central point of contact for strategic suppliers in the EIT/Engineering/Carrier procurement group. Interfaces with senior leadership both within T-Mobile and at suppliers. Serves as a source of standard processes to be implemented by more junior team members. Job Responsibilities: Competitively sourcing technology spend through engagement of strategic suppliers and application of industry knowledge. Understanding of AI technologies such as machine learning, natural language processing, and their applications in sourcing, and how it will impact the business. Drafting, negotiating, project manage and executing contractual documents including but not limited to master service agreements, statements of work, letter agreements, and purchase orders. Supplier management - supporting the evolution of supplier management through supplier scorecard development and supplier quarterly business. Intellectual property licensing procurement & structural guidance, particular focus on the AT category. Liaise with technical personnel to interpret technical specifications to commercial and corporate financial requirements. Summarize and present business cases and agreements for executive review and approval. Also responsible for other Duties/Projects as assigned by business management as needed. Education: Bachelor's Degree Business, Finance, Technology or Engineering or equivalent experience (Required) Work Experience: 7-10 years Experience in a technology sourcing, an engineering role or similar role. (Required) 7-10 years Extensive experience managing Business Requirements, Project Plans, Project Schedules and associated project materials in a mid to large size company. The successful candidate's actual pay will be based on various factors, such as work location, qualifications, and experience, so the actual starting pay may be above or below this range. At T-Mobile, employees in regular, non-temporary roles are eligible for an annual bonus or periodic sales incentive or bonus, based on their role. Most Corporate employees are eligible for a year-end bonus based on company and/or individual performance and which is set at a percentage of the employee's eligible earnings in the prior year. Certain positions in Customer Care are eligible for monthly bonuses
