Together, we won't stop! Job Overview Builds and maintains technology based supplier relationships for T-Mobile. Establishes, continual negotiation and maintaining all commercial terms and contracts with our suppliers. Owns and drives strategic sourcing initiatives including Request for Proposals (RFP), Request for Quotations (RFQ) and Requests for Information (RFI). Helps to drive T-Mobile's strategic direction within certain categories of spend. Leads and supports cross-functional sourcing groups, ensuring supplier performance, and drives strategic sourcing initiatives. This also includes sourcing plan management, supplier issue tracking/resolution, project status communication and risk assessment. Job Responsibilities: Builds and maintains technology based supplier relationships for T-Mobile. Establishes, continual negotiation and maintaining all commercial terms and contracts with our suppliers. Helps to drive T-Mobile's strategic direction within certain categories of spend. Leads and supports cross-functional sourcing groups, ensuring supplier performance, and drives strategic sourcing initiatives. Manages sourcing plans, supplier issue tracking/resolution, project status communication and provides risk assessment as required. Work with Market/Region teams on RF for in-building capacity needs and able to translate to a new lease and existing lease modification. Owns and drives strategic sourcing initiatives including Request for Proposals (RFP), Request for Quotations (RFQ) and Requests for Information (RFI). Review/Redline draft agreements and work with legal and vendors to obtain executable agreements. Experience negotiating leases for terms, drafting, and interpreting Master Lease agreements. Summarize and present business cases and agreements for executive review and approval. Vendor Management (Current & Future), lead QBRs. Intellectual property licensing procurement & structural guidance Also responsible for other Duties/Projects as assigned by business management as needed. Education: Bachelor's Degree Business, Finance, Technology or Engineering or equivalent experience (Required) Work Experience: 4-7 years Experience in a technology sourcing, an engineering role or similar role. (Required) 4-7 years Experience managing Business Requirements, Project Plans, Project Schedules and associated project materials in a mid to large size company. (Required) Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Project Management (Required) Microsoft Office (Required) RFP/RFI Development (Required) Contract Negotiation (Required) Communication (Required) Strategic Sourcing (Required) Knowledge of Private LTE, CBRS and WiFi concepts (Preferred) Knowledge of cell site equipment, wireless real estate development, and site acquisition. (Preferred) Knowledge of Salesforce to manage the Intake process end-to-end. (Preferred) Understanding of contracts - preamble, recitals, terminology.
