JOB REQUIREMENTS: HUMAN RESOURCES ADVISOR (U.S. DISTRIBUTION CENTERS) We are looking for a Human Resources Advisor who will report to the Human Resources Manager, and who\'ll be tasked with providing support and guidance to managers and employees on all human resources-related matters within our U.S. distribution centers. As part of your role, you\'ll be significantly contributing to the organization\'s growth. You\'ll be a trusted advisor to the U.S. distribution management team. YOU\'LL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO: Recruit and Hire: Develop and implement recruitment strategies, screen resumes, conduct interviews, and select candidates for open positions. Manage the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring all required paperwork and processes are completed. Build Employee Relations: Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on employee relations matters, including performance management, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution. Investigate and resolve employee complaints and concerns. Oversee Health and Safety: Facilitate compliance with occupational health and safety (OHS) guidelines. Provide advice on measures to minimize hazards or unhealthy situations. Train and Develop: Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge. Provide coaching and guidance to managers on employee development and performance improvement. Administer Compensation and Benefits: Assist with the administration of compensation and benefits programs including salary reviews, benefits enrollment, and leave of absence management. Carry Out Compliance: Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies. Manage employee records and maintain the confidentiality of sensitive information. TRAVEL: This position requires travel to our Morrow, Georgia distribution center once a quarter.
