Responsible oversight of caseload regarding continuity of service, appropriate use of referrals, maintenance of authorization, collaboration with others on client s behalf, and other clinically and ethically significant practices Participation in weekly staffing meetings and supervision meetings Provide assistance to individuals who have experienced difficulty in their lives due to substance use/dependence problems Maintain billable hours sufficient to maintain financial success Allocate 25% of scheduled work week for indirect services including documentation of client services, treatment team meetings and other duties Maintain a high level of respect for the clients served Participate in annual job performance review Provide billable hours sufficient to maintain financial success Every two (2) years, obtain forty (40) hours of CEUs to maintain licensure Allocate 25% of scheduled work week for indirect services including documentation of client services, treatment team meetings and other duties Provide documentation that counselor has completed twelve (12) hours of training on co-occurring disorders Collaborate with referring organizations within the community, other providers and agencies Provide community education and public relations as required Carries out other duties as assigned
