CNC Mill Machinist

Description:

While the primary emphasis at has been on high voltage power supplies, modulators, transmitters, and RF Exciter/Receiver systems, our capability in design extends into other areas as well, which includes digital/analog control and monitoring subsystems, Retrofits for Coherent or Non-coherent Systems that can be upgraded with proven off the shelf equipment to give improved performance and reliability. All electronic and mechanical designs are developed and generated by Computer Aided Design.

We work closely with many government engineering and contracting groups and are experienced with government contracts and requirements. Our track record for providing sophisticated microwave pulse and CW amplifiers for Phased Array Radars, Side Looking Radars, Weather Radar, Radar Cross Section, Communication Applications, EMC Testing, and University Laboratories is unsurpassed. We have a very close working relationship with the microwave tube and component community in many areas of the world.

Job Duties:

As a CNC Specialist you will be working on a Fadal CNC Mill with Fanuk Controls. Minor experience programming or editing, conducting tool set up, fixture off sets, adjustments to tooling.

· Operate Fadal CNC Mill

· Utilize Fanuk controls

· Conduct tool set ups, fixture off sets and adjust tooling accordingly

· Conduct inspections on your own work

· 40% of the time you will be doing set ups

· 10%-20% of the time you will be doing inspections

· 40% of the time you will be operating machinery

· Conduct 8-10 set ups per day

· Short run parts (Max 500-small)

· Read and understand complex blueprints

· Adjust programs

· Perform other duties as required

Shift and Pay:

· 1 st shift- 7:00AM-4:00PM-M-F

· $20-$24/hr (Depending on experience)

Position Requirements:

· Fanuk Controls experience

· Fadal CNC Mill

· Ability to do tool set ups, fixture off sets and adjust tooling accordingly

· Quality inspection experience

· CNC Mill set up experience
