The Digital Client Experience & Platforms team drives and defines the online and mobile customer experience for Morgan Stanley clients and advisors. As a key part of the Digital team, the Digital Communications Product Manager is responsible for defining/ executing the client experience for the desktop and mobile platforms related to client account documents, electronic communications (alerts, emails, and SMS messaging) along with asset transfers.

Job Responsibilities

Work closely with stakeholders to define product strategy and direction for Morgan Stanley's digital product offerings Participate in the cross functional team to design and develop new products, features, and enhancements. Develop Business Requirement Documents and Use Cases for Online and Mobile platforms and work closely with Technology and Operations to oversee project implementation Provide support in testing and technology deployments Produce and maintain key strategic presentation materials used to inform executive decision-making Continuously review metrics and user feedback to identify opportunities to improve the product Perform Service Center and, when necessary, branch training for enhancements Report on trends, project status, issues, statistics, and other items as defined by management Drive and deliver Morgan Stanley's strategy and vision

Qualifications/Skills desired

Bachelor's degree is Preferred Knowledge or exposure to wealth management and online brokerage/banking preferred Series 7 and Series 24 license preferred but not required Demonstrated track record of delivering new innovative fintech, digital products, solutions, or applications preferred 6 years of experience as software or digital product manager, business analyst or equivalent with experience working within an agile/scrum development process Written and verbal communication skills able to effectively interact and influence a diverse set of business and technical stakeholders Efficient at managing multiple projects and initiatives concurrently under deadline constraints
