Join us as a FP&A Manager in Go-to-Market (GTM) Finance team

In this role, you will have an opportunity to demonstrate your strong analytical and modeling skills, and ability to deliver results in a dynamic fast-paced environment. You will partner with the International FP&A lead and act as the business and financial advisor to Sales, Marketing, Support and Services leaders in the APJ region. You will work with accounting to facilitate the forecasting for key spend areas and HR for HC. You will proactively highlight risk and opportunities through data-driven insights and business modeling.

You will own reporting, performance monitoring and modeling/analysis to support the regional and world-wide objectives. You will lead several key analytical projects that span across all regions.

You will drive process improvement initiatives by streamlining, standardizing and automating processes and reporting requirements and have an opportunity to identify areas to automate and implement our software bots

The role will have visibility and interactions with senior leaders in the company. This is an individual contributor role and reports to the Sr Director, GTM Finance.

Primary Duties:

  • Drive and manage the annual budgeting process and maintain accurate updated forecasts throughout the year

  • Prepare financial reporting deliverables (month-end close packages, variance analysis, forecast packages) to ensure transparency into the business’s performance and enable the leadership team to stay on track to deliver on their goals

  • Assist the FP&A leadership with other projects as needed

Qualifications to succeed:

  • CA / CPA /MBA with around 7-9 years of experience in FP&A and Finance (preferably with fast growing SaaS / MNC companies)

  • Strong communication and partnership skills, as you will be interacting with finance and non-finance stakeholders

  • Highly motivated, self-starter to operate in an extremely fast-paced environment

  • Proven data modeling/analytical skills; advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel; Workday and Adaptive experience preferred

  • High attention to detail with excellent organizational skills and ability to work toward results; team oriented

  • Ability to work with multiple sources of nonstandard data and distill into concise, clear, and accurate analysis and results

  • Ability to distill information and requests from leaders and quickly drive solutions

  • Flexibility to work in either APJ, EU or US shifts is a must

  • Exceptional work ethic – completing assignments on time and sometimes outside of a normal workday

  • IPO experience a plus
