LinkedIn is looking for a HR Ops Associate, with in-depth domain understanding to administer Learning services, Verification of employment and Requisition approval process out of APAC countries. The scope would be to manage employee queries, partnering closely with the Talent Acquisition, Talent Development team on initiatives which include but not limited to creating Employment Letters, Salary Certificate & Background Checks along with managing Learning Services tasks.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Manage and resolve employee queries in a timely and effective manner within the established SLA.

  • Partner closely with the Talent Development teams on various HR initiatives.

  • Support Learning Management System, including user management, course and attendance uploads, and reporting.

  • Create and manage Employment Letters, Salary Certificates, and Background Checks.

  • Managing knowledge content for employees across scope category

  • Lead and support Systems Testing deliverables. Partners with technical team to create test scenarios for extremely complex technology solutions (new tool deployment & improvisation of existing tool).

  • Act as a point of contact for cross functional partners to understand and support the team with best practices, processes & tools knowledge, bug identification, workarounds, and issue resolution

  • Demonstrate continuous improvement mindset, work closely process excellence team on improvement opportunities to improve service delivery, stakeholder and employee experience

Basic Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in managing HR Operations with specialty in learning services and employee certificates.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in understanding on Learning Services and employment certificate process.

  • Experience with the following tools & systems: Cornerstone, Workday, ServiceNow, and the Microsoft business suite including SharePoint

  • Ability to understand and has proficiency with Learning Management Systems and other training-related software.

  • Experience as escalations lead experience in a customer service environment

  • Experience in building relationships & collaborating with stakeholders to delivery on strategic priorities
