Overview
We seek a QA/QC Associate with a solid understanding of modern web-based technologies, cross-browser experience on multiple platforms and a superior eye for detail. The role will require an independent, proactive attitude in order to conceive and refine creative solutions that satisfy the demands of world-class clients and meet evolving business needs.
You will work with a highly experienced team of developers, helping to build testing processes to lead our company through an exciting period of growth. We offer competitive compensation and a comprehensive benefits package. This position is located in our Bangalore, KA office.
Responsibilities
Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills, to coordinate with global Development teams
Strong leadership skills - able to communicate with colleagues while building credibility and rapport, modifying behavioral style to respond to the needs of others while maintaining objectives
Mentoring the Team, Train and coach members of project groups to ensure effective knowledge management activity
Effectively collaborates and communicates with the stakeholders and ensure client satisfaction
Design and build quality, performance, and reliability and inspire other team members to do the same
Conduct defect management activities to include problem identification, issue research, analysis, and documentation
Lead or assist in data analysis to determine data health and consistency, or root cause of issues
Ability to execute QA testing, interpret test results, and document outcomes with attention to detail
Review requirements, providing feedback on completeness, testability and other risk areas
Communicate testing progress and results in a timely and accurate manner
Estimate assigned tasks and provide regular status updates to project team, supervisors
Participate in identification and implementation of continuous improvement opportunities within QA and broader project teams
Qualifications
8+ years of experience in Digital/Email Marketing
Bachelor/Master's degree in area of specialty and/or experience in the field or in a related area
Working knowledge of Manual/Automated Testing
Knowledge of HTML, CSS
Enterprise-grade ESP experience
QC/QA Practices
Knowledge of various tools used in Email Marketing and Campaign Build Process
Understanding of Email Life Cycle
Excellent communication skills
Strong problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently, effectively manage multiple activities, and to meet quality objectives
Proven ability to communicate effectively (oral, written and via email)
Strong analytical, problem solving, decision-making and negotiating skills
Good interpersonal skills: teamwork, respect, tact and discretion
Demonstrate a positive attitude even under pressure
Excellent attention to details
