Oracle Lead Software Developer (IC4) for CAMM Cloud Image Archival in BENGALURU, India

Job Description

Design & develop new features/enhancements, troubleshoot/debug and fix issues in CAMM software product which is a Java/Oracle based image archival system hosted on standard cloud technology with security first approach. Work with respective stakeholders to understand high level requirements requested by clients, triggered by market needs or regulatory requirements of various countries, eloaborate the requirements in the context of CAMM product, estimate & develop the architecture/design/code, collaborate & guide the other team members, deliver the features as per planned timelines, ensure smooth deployment and operations in production environments. In addition, connect with clients to troubleshoot issues in production and plan/develop/deliver fixes following the SLA. Ensure the delivered product implements all modern security measures and maintain high levels of security posture. As a member of the software engineering division, you will take an active role in the definition and evolution of standard practices and procedures.

Minimum 10 years of software development experience with deep expertise in Java, Oracle DB, AWS or any equivalent public cloud technologies with Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Information Systems, Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or related eld, or equivalent relevant work experience.

Responsibilities

Accountable for broad software design, code quality and architecture decisions.

Lead and direct architecture discussions, design sessions and code reviews for functional correctness, architectural maintainability, and performance.

Develop long-term technical roadmap for solution area.

Investigate and drive analysis for new innovations and technologies.

Perform software risk analysis, identify and implement mitigation.

Partner with strategy and solution teams as solution expert to provide recommendations.

Reinforce and promote engineering culture and values across the organization and Oracle Cerner.

Lead by example and share knowledge and experiences with associates and team.
