Seeking highly skilled and experienced Solution Engineer with over 10 years of experience primarily in AI & ML, Advance Analytics, Python, Big Data. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of designing & building machine learning models, hands-on experience on AI services, deep knowledge on Data platforms.
Technical Requirements & Essential Skills:
Hands-on Experience: 10 to 14 years in software development, product management, or consulting, with a strong focus on cloud technologies and AI/ML.
AI/ML Expertise: Hands-on experience with AI, GenAI, and machine learning frameworks and tools.
Cloud Knowledge: Expertise in one or more hyperscalers (AWS, Azure, GCP, Oracle Cloud).
Open-Source Technologies: Proficiency in open-source technologies and platforms.
Technical Skills: Strong programming skills (Python, Java, etc.), data science knowledge, and familiarity with big data concepts.
Performance Tuning: Experience in performance tuning and optimizing solutions for scalability and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
Technical Leadership: Lead the development of proof of concepts (POCs) and demos leveraging AI, GenAI, and open-source(HuggingFace) technologies to address complex business challenges.
Hands on Expertise: on Bigdata Technology, spark, kafka, pyspark.
Cloud Expertise: Utilize strong cloud knowledge (AWS, Azure, GCP, or Oracle Cloud) to design and implement scalable solutions.
Customer Engagement: Demonstrate product features and capabilities, addressing customer requirements and providing technical solutions for RFx.
Innovation and Enablement: Spearhead initiatives to promote AI and ML usage, delivering technical assets for customer enablement, virtual workshops, and public events.
Collaboration: Work closely with product management and field technical teams, bringing innovative ideas and potential use cases to enhance the cloud portfolio.
Mentorship: Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
As a Principal Solution engineer you will be responsible as the expert for formulating and leading presales technical / functional support activity to prospective clients and customers while ensuring customer satisfaction. Acts as a technical resource and mentor for less experienced Sales Consultants. Focuses on large or complex sales opportunities that need creative and complex solutions. Develops productivity tools and training for other Solution engineers . Develops and delivers outstanding Oracle presentations and demonstrations. Leads any and all aspects of the technical sales process. Advises internal and external clients on overall architect solutions.

Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
· Serve as subject matter expert on Oracle cloud Infrastructure & multi-cloud deployments.
· Provide expert-level guidance on networking architecture, security, and performance optimization in cloud environments.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and deliver customized cloud solutions for Customers.
· Lead technical Customer / Partner workshops, demos, and proof of concepts to showcase the capabilities of our cloud solutions.
· Support pre-sales activities, including RFx responses and technical presentations.
· Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a collaborative and innovative team environment.
