Overview
The role of the Campaign BSA spans across all the phases of the Client Campaign Lifecycle. This will include Estimation, Design, Campaign Build and QC, Deployment and Reporting activities for campaigns that may deploy in one or more channels. The Campaign BSA plays a collaborative role, working closely with diverse teams to bring campaigns successfully to market

The Campaign BSA (AJO, ACC, AEP) role within the Marketing Platform team is pivotal in driving client value through the requirement gathering, mapping the requirement to the tool, developing, QA, and deploying the campaigns. This position focuses on streamlining campaign launches, optimizing audience selection, and enhancing performance to deliver high-quality, targeted campaigns that meet client objectives and drive ROI. Key responsibilities include campaign estimation, requirement gathering, solution design, platform setup with foundational schemas, performance monitoring, result analysis, and reporting. The role also involves thinking creatively to design and deliver complex solutions, enhancing implementation and migration activities, and offering technology consulting. Staying current with new technologies, ensuring precise documentation and mentoring team members are essential for achieving client success and desired outcomes, with a focus on durability and longevity.
Responsibilities
What you will do
Be able to perform requirement gathering, project estimation and design of the campaigns.
Develop campaign workflows for audience selection and segmentation, and deployment of campaigns across channels.
Perform QC on the campaigns to ensure data, functional and content accuracy.
Work closely with external teams and stakeholders to ensure the completion of the tasks on time.
Provide post-deployment support, engaging in activities such as data analysis, monitoring, and comprehensive reporting.
Produce comprehensive documentation for all tasks completed throughout the campaign lifecycle
Qualifications
4-year college degree in a technical field or equivalent or an MBA
Adobe campaign related certification is must.
Required Technical Skills
Experience in technology integrations with Marketing technologies (AJO, ACC, AEP)
1 years minimum of experience with AJO platform and more than 2 years working on Campaign implementations or manage project.
Hands on experience on the Adobe Campaign tool is an added advantage
1+ years of SQL development experience including.
1+ years of scripting/programming experience (JavaScript preferred)
Able to articulate and convey technical concepts to a mixed audience.
Familiarity with enterprise software and project implementation life cycles is a plus.
Knowledge of CRM and/or marketing applications and processes is a plus.
Knowledge of basic marketing concepts such as Campaign RoI metrics and KRAs
