Google Senior Technical Program Manager, Cloud Application Ecosystem in Bengaluru, India
Minimum qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
8 years of experience in program management.
Preferred qualifications:
5 years of experience in internal or external customer-facing role driving technical implementation programs.
Knowledge of operating systems, security, and networking.
Ability to define, generate, and maintain metrics to monitor the progress of the organization.

As a Technical Program Manager at Google, you’ll use your technical expertise to lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish. You’ll work with stakeholders to plan requirements, identify risks, manage project schedules, and communicate clearly with cross-functional partners across the company. You're equally comfortable explaining your team's analyses and recommendations to executives as you are discussing the technical tradeoffs in product development with engineers.

Drive quarterly planning of a portfolio of products, aligning portfolio priorities with engineering/product leads for OKRs.
Manage programs by breaking down projects with well-defined milestones and deliverables.
Work across a number of teams from engineering, product, SRE, and go-to-market to manage ongoing deliverables/product launches.
Drive meetings with cross-project leads to address risks, prioritize work, untangle teams, and send organization wide program status reports and newsletters.
Identify, establish, and improve processes to increase team efficiency and execution across sprinting, backlog grooming, launch management, support reviews, and more.
