Job Description
As member of HCM Development Coe team, you will take an active role in the definition and evolution of standard practices and procedures for CoE productivity and HCM customer usage tools, customer engagement for success. You will be responsible for defining and developing software for tasks associated with the developing, designing and debugging of software applications for CoE teamWork is non-routine and very complex, involving the application of advanced technical/business skills in area of specialization. Leading contributor individually and as a team member, providing direction and mentoring to others. BS or MS degree or equivalent experience relevant to functional area. 7 years of software engineering or related experience.

Responsibilities
Managing customers success by engaging in all phases of go lives
Develop Semantic layers and visualizations on Oracle analytics Cloud to support CoE activities and intel for HCM division
Develop Apex based productivity tools for HCM Center of Excellence
Coordinate with development, support, support and CoE teams for customer issues during pre go live, post go live phases
