Amazon Sr. Product Manager-Tech FBA, FBA India in Bengaluru, India

Description

As a Sr. Product Manager (Tech) for FBA Inventory workstreams, you will be the single threaded leader for building a world-class inventory experience/ platform for our Sellers with dedicated support from engineering, science, machine learning and UX teams. These experiences are critical in enabling FBA sellers in India as well as emerging countries to seamlessly plan and manage inventory across Amazon network and minimize total supply chain costs, improve profitability and empower FBA sellers from around the world bringing in millions of unique ASINs to customers with Prime shipping.

Key job responsibilities

  1. Drive the expansion of FBA and MCF services and platforms to improve seller and customer experience in India and globally.

  2. Lead the end-to-end product management lifecycle for MCF, from ideation and tech investments to launch and scaling.

  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including but not limited to Engineering, Accounting, Finance, Marketing, and Sales, to build and scale innovative features that address the needs of sellers and customers.

  4. Analyze seller and customer feedback to identify opportunities for enhancing MCF's core value proposition and features.

  5. Develop strategies to increase the adoption of MCF among FBA sellers and non-Amazon sales channels.

  6. Monitor key performance metrics to evaluate the success of the product and iterate on improvements.

  7. Communicate with senior management and other business/technical partners on product decisions, roadmap status and risks

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree

  • Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition

  • Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product

  • Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product

  • Experience managing technical products or online services

  • Experience in representing and advocating for a variety of critical customers and stakeholders during executive-level prioritization and planning

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in using analytical tools, such as Tableau, Qlikview, QuickSight

  • Experience in building and driving adoption of new tools
