Who We Are Looking For:
AGCO is looking to hire candidates for the position of Sr. Technical Lead. - Frontend (React Native).
Sr. Technical Lead. - Frontend (React Native) will be a part of a mobile development team responsible for the delivery of the FendtONE native mobile app .The Digital Customer Experience program is a major strategic investment that will transform our customer experience by offering a digital experience that is distinctive and superior in the industry. FendtONE is a unique solution that seamlessly connects your office with your machines for the first time and merges them into a new operation unit. With FendtONE, the focus is on optimising the entire work process offering unique, integrated user experience, which is extended further with native applications running on mobile devices.
What You Will Do:
Work together with enterprise architects, software engineers, product managers, and other project stakeholders to deliver pixel-perfect React Native solutions according to business requirements.
Analyze existing software solutions and processes to explore ways to optimize performance, quality, observability, and maintainability of the product.
Lead the design, development and deployment of new features
Create and govern unit tests, ensure test coverage and code quality, adapt best practices and technical guidelines
Participate in architectural and technical reviews
Provide support and incident management
Provide technical support and mentoring for teammates
Monitor performance and provide responsive action to issues maintaining customer satisfaction
Continuously improve the process and learn/adapt new technologies and practices
Able to recommend UX/UI best practices and aid designing better solutions for our end users
Adapt working with Expo, React Redux
Hand-on experience and familiarity with native build tools and managing third-party dependencies
Be a role-model for coding and technical quality
What You Will Bring:
Required Skills
Bachelors or Masters Degree in relevant disciplines
At least 12 years of professional experience as a frontend developer
At least 8 years of experience in writing well documented clean JavaScript/TypeScript code
Proficiency in React Native development with at least 5 years of experience
At least 2 years of experience as a lead developer or solution architect or enterprise architect focusing on frontend technologies
Proficient wit Git
Desired Skills:
Experience in Angular development
Android or iOS native development experience
Experience with Figma
Experience managing GitHub Enterprise CICD pipelines for React Native and mobile solutions
Who You Are:
Fluency in English communication is required
Effective interpersonal and communication skills
Problem Solving skills needed
