Roles and Responsibilities
In this role, you will:
Work with the stakeholders to define the strategy for performance, scalability, and reliability of the product.
Operationalize and execute the defined strategy.
Plan and align with the program timelines to meet the timelines.
Document the performance, scalability and reliability plan as per the required standards.
Report proactively and effectively on the performance, scalability, and reliability of the product.
Engage in technical discussions; participate in technical designs and present technical ideas through white boarding.
Execute in a fast-paced delivery mode and focus in delivering tasks to meet the product release goal.
Seek and provide feedback on design and development.
Demonstrate the ability to make informed technology choices after due diligence and impact assessment.
Need to understand the whole product, its modules, and the interrelationship between them while being an expert in the Performance, Scalability and Reliability of the Product.
Articulate the need for performance, reliability, scalability and understand the importance of improving quality through testing.
Be an expert in assessing application performance, scalability, reliability and engage the Engineering teams to work with them in improving the Product performance, scalability, and reliability.
Be responsible for providing technical leadership and defining, developing, and evolving performance, scalability and reliability scripts in a fast paced and agile development environment using the latest software development technologies and infrastructure on cloud and on premises.
Education Qualification
Bachelor’s degree in computer science or in STEM majors.
Minimum 10 years of experience
Desired CharacteristicsTechnical Expertise:
Hands on experience in creating and executing automation scripts in JMeter with protocols like selenium web driver and Java Sampler.
Ability to learn new technologies and implement solutions to problems to meet the product goals.
Ability to engage and perform deep level performance analysis using metrics and logs for application deployed on AWS Cloud
Execute in a fast-paced delivery environment and focus on delivering and problem solving to meet the release timelines.
AWS certified.

Expert in breaking down problems and estimate time for development tasks.
