Job Description Summary

As a Lead Program Integrator, you will be accountable & responsible for end-to-end planning, tracking, execution for project, scrum teams management, continual improvements, platform adoption & operations support. You will ensure agreed working practices are followed for the continuous delivery of valuable software. Facilitate Agile Release Train processes and program execution, team discussions, escalates impediments, manage risk, and helps drive program-level continuous. They will help in publishing the burn-down and other metrics for use in tracking progress against budget forecast.

Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

In this role, you will:

  • Interact with internal and/or external customers and product managers to understand customer needs and timelines

  • Work with Product Management, Product Owners, and Business Owners to help assure strategy and execution alignment

  • Collaborate with development and operations teams. Support them with scope considerations and project requirements

  • Contribute & support cross-functional team (marketing, engineering, QA, RA, supply chain, service, etc)

  • Establish execution rhythm (sprint, release, demo, backlog readiness)

  • Establish realistic execution plan for the project

  • Organize and facilitate daily stand-up meetings, reviews, retrospectives, sprint and relay planning

  • Drive effective communication, dependencies & risk management

  • Work with stakeholders for backlog readiness and prioritization

  • Manage risks/dependencies with appropriate mitigation plans

  • Track the software development status vs Plan

  • Provide visibility to key metrics which help us measure ourselves and identify areas for improvement

  • Drive program-level continuous improvement via Inspect and Adapt

  • Represent program in leadership meetings and escalate if help is required

  • Own and track the program budget

  • Manage the Say-Do ratio, hit the planned time, cost and quality targets

  • Take responsibility for team’s commitment and communicating progress towards the release goals

  • Providing all support to the team using a servant leadership style whenever possible and leading by example

  • Report quality and process KPIs to leadership on periodic basis

  • Drive compliance/closure of Regulatory and Quality requirements before approving Design Control FDR's (Functional Design Requirement) and NPI (New Product Introduction) program milestones

  • Responsible for the validation of all GxP (good practice) relevant applications and maintaining the validated state of those applications

  • Aware of and comply with the change management work instruction

  • Develop an open quality culture within the organization that fosters issue discussion and decision-making based on quality and compliance objectives

  • Coach and guide scrum team members

Education Qualification and Experience:

Bachelors/Master's degree in Computer Science Engineering or related disciplines, with a minimum of 10+ years of professional experience with 5+ years of program management experience

Project management (PMI) certification is an added advantage

Required Skills:

  • Deep knowledge of SAFe/Agile/Scrum software development framework

  • Experience in driving XP /Lean

  • Able to work well with global teams, including time-zone flexibility

  • Demonstrated ability to work with cross-functional teams, including strong influential, communication, and collaboration skills

  • Demonstrated understanding/experience with the full product life cycle and development process which includes: Productivity projects, New Product Introduction programs, and/or Installed Base activities

  • Demonstrated problem solving ability and ability to drive results
