Oracle Talent Sourcer - Contractor in BENGALURU, India

  • Eagerness to learn daily.

  • Develop candidate pipeline using Web 2.0 sourcing strategies, advanced Boolean Search, Headhunting, and social networking sites to support the India Talent Advisory team for various job functions and levels.

  • Establishing the right sourcing mix to generate a strong pool of talent for open roles

  • Engage with assigned recruiters to understand the supported business and the recruiting requirements; partner with recruiters to meet expectations and deliver a qualified pipeline of candidates.

  • Source candidates to include active and passive job seekers to provide a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for each recruiter; exercise creativity to find candidates using Oracle's advanced sourcing tools/techniques.

  • Drafting & publishing attractive job advertisements and managing responses

  • Partner with Recruiters in building effective hiring strategies.

  • Sourcing profiles using eccentric methods.

  • Speaking with applicants about requirements to drive applications & engagement

  • Doing the first-round screening for applicants & ensure a strong candidate experience

  • Attract passive job seekers through effective campaigning.

Required Skills:

  • 5+ years’ experience in talent acquisition in a sourcing role, Preferred from the Product Development environment

  • Excellent fluency in English, with good written and oral communication skills.

  • Proficiency with Boolean Search techniques is desired.

  • Ability to learn new software applications quickly.

  • Ability to work in team and individual environments.

  • Good working experience in Excel, PPT, and Word.

  • Strong knowledge of various sourcing tools & methodologies

  • Data collection, Analysis and Ability to Present in a well-mannered format is a strong plus.

  • Ability to multi-task effectively

  • Ability to deliver an amazing experience to every candidate you speak to
