Communications Coordinator

Internal Communications:
Craft emails, newsletters, organizational announcements, intranet posts, flyers, video interviews and messages, and presentations.
Generate engaging social media content, including posts, videos, reels, etc, and manage company social media pages.
Support HCSG Operational leaders with direct employee communication, email messaging, marketing handouts, and presentations.
Collaborate with the Employee Engagement team to craft communication that keeps our teams engaged.
Identify potential employee stories for communication/marketing opportunities.
Oversee internal resources and vendors to ensure brand consistency.
External Marketing:
Contribute by updating, proofreading, and editing all marketing collateral and social media content, ensuring our brand voice is consistent.
Assist in planning and executing video projects for marketing initiatives and events.
Other Supporting Responsibilities:
Collaborate closely with the Communications Manager, lending support across various initiatives.
Manage Communications Content Plan.
Ensure our brand's integrity, consistent messaging, and adherence to branding guidelines.
Foster strong relationships with internal teams, clients, and vendors to ensure seamless project execution.
Stay up-to-date on policies and regulations, ensuring compliance in all communications.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, or related fields.
1+ years of relevant experience.
Must have strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 Suite, Google Suite, Adobe Suite, Hootsuite, WordPress, Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and Canva.
Experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud (Pardot / Account Engagement) is a plus.
Strong writing and editing skills with an eye for detail.
Passion for storytelling across different communication channels.
Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in coordinating projects and meeting deadlines.
