Midwest Goods Inc. Inside Sales Account Manager in Bensenville, Illinois
Location : Bensenville, IL
Schedule: Monday-Friday 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
Status: Full-Time (Exempt)
Compensation: Starting at $52k annually plus commission
$300 Sign-on Bonus After Completion of the 90-day Probationary Period
The Inside Sales Account Manager calls and sells to new and existing accounts. The position is primarily responsible for making phone calls, generating revenue. There are monthly targets for each Inside Sales Account Manager. A strong candidate will have a persuasive sales disposition and attentive to maintaining current accounts.
Essential Functions

Sources new opportunities through follow-up and outbound calls and emails
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
Research accounts generate interest
Maintain up-to-date awareness of company products and industry trends
Maintain a database (Salesforce, etc.) of prospective client information
Track weekly, monthly and quarterly performance and sales metrics
Perform other duties as assigned
Competencies
Comfortable making calls and talking to people all day
Excellent verbal and written communication skills; the ability to call, connect and interact with potential customers
Possesses an energetic, outgoing, professional and friendly demeanor
Self-motivated and self-directed
Able to multitask, prioritize and manage time efficiently
Tenacity to handle rejection and continue forward with a positive attitude when reaching the next potential client
Preferred Education and Experience
Associate degree
Sales or Marketing or Telemarketing experience
Salesforce experience is a plus
Experience with inventory management systems and E-commerce platforms
Work Authorization
Must have legal authorization to work in the United States.
