Walmart Manager, Specialty Compliance And Ethics - Product Safety & Compliance, Marketplace in Bentonville, Arkansas

Position Summary...

What you'll do...

This position is located at our home office in Bentonville, Arkansas.

As a member of the Product Safety and Compliance, Marketplace team, you will have direct involvement in executing and building programs expected to guarantee product safety and regulatory compliance.

What you'll do

• Focus on execution of Walmart Product Safety and Compliance programs for 3rd party marketplace products and associated sellers.

• Participate in cross functional projects to build/design Walmart Product Safety and Compliance programs for 3rd party marketplace products based on business iniatitives.

• Collaborate across stakeholders to ensure program awareness and communicate change impact to other business areas.

• Execute specific Product Safety and Compliance programs per direction of Sr. Managers while recommending and developing strategies for program improvement.

• Draft communication documents to inform Walmart sellers of Product Safety and Compliance requirements.

Live Better U is a Walmart-paid education benefit program for full-time and part-time associates in Walmart and Sam's Club facilities. Programs range from high school completion to bachelor's degrees, including English Language Learning and short-form certificates. Tuition, books, and fees are completely paid for by Walmart.

The annual salary range for this position is $80,000.00-$155,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.

Additional compensation for certain positions may also include:

Minimum Qualifications...

Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field and 2 years' experience in compliance, ethics, legal, project management, or related area OR 4 years' experience in compliance, ethics, legal, project management, or related area.

2 years' experience using intermediate functionality of Microsoft Office.
