Position Summary...

What you'll do...

Walmart is hiring for a Product Manager on the Supply Chain Technology team!

This role is designed for an individual contributor who is motivated by complex, purposeful challenges and has a keen interest in problem solving. If you have a background in product management with a focus on analytics, and you are looking for a challenging position in a fast-paced, innovative environment, this role could be a perfect fit for you. You will play a critical role on our team, focusing on the development of Walmart's supply chain technology.

You'll make an impact by:

  • Providing insights to understand and improve product performance by running complex SQL queries and performing deep analysis from large datasets.

  • Gaining deep product and system knowledge in order to conduct RCA analyses that will lead to further enhancements and new capabilities.

  • Closely working with other Product Managers on the supply chain team to coordinate product launches.

  • Supporting data collection and evaluation within assigned areas (for example: acquisition cost, conversion rate, adoption, active users, feature usage, user churn, net promoter score, satisfaction, lifetime value).

  • Collaborating with customers, internal users, engineers, and analytics teams to deliver solutions at scale.

  • Understanding critical customer needs and preferences by continuously seeking and analyzing user feedback for product improvement.

  • Journey mapping and process optimization for products/features.

  • Addressing gaps/risks in product experiences.

  • Simplifying and improving processes to drive customer satisfaction.

  • Assisting in identifying product requirements (PRD) and feature prioritization.

You'll sweep us off our feet if:

  • You are a data driven individual who can pull data from complex data bases, perform analysis and use it to explain product behavior, identify issues and drive improvements

  • You have experience with data analysis tools and techniques.

  • You are comfortable and/or have experience working in complex and matrixed organizations.

  • You have design thinking knowledge.

  • You are product and feature analytics oriented.

  • You have experience with research for analysis activities.

  • You're familiar with documentation procedures and/or data logs.

  • You stay up to date on modern industry practices and emerging trends.

Live Better U is a Walmart-paid education benefit program for full-time and part-time associates in Walmart and Sam's Club facilities. The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00-$180,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.

Option 1: Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or related area and 3 years' experience in product management. Option 2: 5 years' experience in product management or related area.

Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related area and 2 years' experience as a product manager, ideally working on consumer-facing, large-scale, highly complex B2B/C products, We value candidates with a background in creating inclusive digital experiences, demonstrating knowledge in implementing Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 AA standards, assistive technologies, and integrating digital accessibility seamlessly. The ideal candidate would have knowledge of accessibility best practices and join us as we continue to create accessible products and services following Walmart's accessibility standards and guidelines for supporting an inclusive culture.
