Want to use your leadership and financial skills to help the company deliver on its key strategic goals and initiatives? The Sr. Manager, Customer Finance & Strategy is a critical thought-leadership and transformation role that works cross functionally to help shape how we ensure that we are deeply knowing our customers and using that to drive our decisions. Reporting to the Director, Customer and Revenue Finance, you will partner with both the Customer Insights and the Digital Identity teams to develop and execute strategic initiatives and financial plans.

You'll make an impact by:

Building Strategic Relationships - Maximize relationships across the business to collaborate on choices, expediate business decisions, and quickly action when needed

Communications and Presentations - Provide strategic input into the US Strategy and Board of Directors materials

Driving Transformation - Understand how to drive change and transformation through data and data science; Partner with other areas of finance and into the functional business areas to transform how we use customer data

Prioritizing Strategic Initiatives and Business Growth Insights - Generate and pressure test ideas to growing customers and membership, understanding the connectivity across the business, and creating alignment and thoughtful insights based on projected KPI outcomes

Operating with Excellence - Set an example in managing to KPIs, delivering excellence, presenting at all levels, and developing yourself and others.

Talent and Leadership - Assist in developing strategies to attract and maintain a highly skilled, diverse and engaged workforce by diagnosing capability gaps; recruiting, selecting, and developing talent; and leveraging the capabilities of new and existing talent. Cultivates an environment where associates respect and adhere to company standards of integrity and ethics by integrating these values into all programs and practices

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field and 4 years' experience in accounting, finance, or related area OR 6 years' experience in accounting, finance, or related area

  • 3+ years' experience in Analytics, Planning, Business Management, Omni-Channel Merchandising, or a related area

  • 1+ years of experience leading and completing cross-functional projects

  • Experience working with Finance technologies, including Power BI and other data tools

  • Experience across FP&A, process design, process mapping and process improvement

  • Strong organizational skills including prioritizing, scheduling, time management, and meeting deadlines

  • Strong influencing and interpersonal skills

  • Detail and results-oriented with sense of urgency

The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00-$180,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
