Position Summary...

What you'll do...

Join the U.S. EH&S Compliance Team to support the development and management of environmental, health, and safety (EH&S) related programs. This role is critical as we continue to develop strategies to improve EH&S compliance in the Real Estate Division. You will support business partners in responding to regulatory environmental and safety incident responses, building compliance controls, and managing compliance related monitoring programs.

What you'll do:

• Manage regulatory inspections and regulatory responses in a timely and effective manner.

• Drive continuous improvement of EHS compliance programs through monitoring and coordination of program enhancements with business partners.

• Support company responses to safety incidents by coordinating investigations, developing corrective actions, and communicating to stakeholders.

• Develop data analytics that drive continuous improvement.

• Have a creative mindset that balance compliance requirements, safety and business efficiencies.

What you'll bring:

• Subject matter expert in an EHS related field

• Significant experience managing EHS regulatory responses or have worked as a regulator in the EHS compliance space

• A risk management related mindset that balances business needs and urgency when managing regulatory compliance related initiatives

• Strong communication skills to interact with stakeholders

• Experience working in cross-functional teams

• A degree in EHS or a related field

The annual salary range for this position is $80,000.00-$155,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.

Minimum Qualifications...

Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field and 2 years' experience in compliance, ethics, legal, project management, or related area OR 4 years' experience in compliance, ethics, legal, project management, or related area.

2 years' experience using intermediate functionality of Microsoft Office.
