We are a diverse team made up with members from around the globe that support both Procurement and Travel Operations. Our goal is to support our Global Enterprise Business, by leveraging discounts and rates to deliver maximum savings and value.
About the Position:
Want to use your Procurement Skills to leverage world class travel suppliers to bring the best value back to Walmart? This position is a critical thought-leadership role that uses clever and strategic negotiating tactics to tell our story, while contracting the best value for the company's continued success. As a primary steward of our company, you'll engage with multiple global suppliers while working alongside a global operational forward-thinking team. Reporting to the Director of Sourcing, you will collaborate with your stakeholders in researching, building, and executing, Global Travel supplier strategies.
Responsibilities include :
Build and manage RFPs with suppliers.
Interpret & Analyze data.
Build and implement strategies.
Build and manage KPI's using tools and technology.
You'll make an impact by :
Interpreting Spend Analysis: The ability to read, analyze and tell the story from data and spend to build a TCO model.
Build Effective RFP's - Modeling historic and real time market data to identify the right suppliers to support our company objectives.
Engaging Stakeholders - Identify and meet with both internal and external teams to drive value and deliver savings.
Building strategic Sourcing Strategies: Maximize relationships with new and existing vendors, understanding, and evaluating their products and capabilities and negotiating advantageous rates. Build internal partnerships and support our company goals.
Operating with excellence - Set an example in managing to KPIs, delivering excellence, presenting at all levels, and developing yourself and others.

The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00-$180,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.

Minimum Qualifications...

Option 1: Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain, economics, technology, or related field and 5 years' experience in procurement strategy, contract management, analytics, or related field. Option 2: 6 years' experience in procurement strategy, contract management, analytics, or related field and 2 years' experience leading cross-functional teams/projects.
