Position Summary...
What you'll do...
We are looking for someone that has experience in JAVA,Java Script, Rect, React native, Node JS,Spring Boot, Microservices, Kubernetes, Cloud tech stack with 5-10 years of work experience.
ReactJS: Strong knowledge and experience in developing front-end applications using ReactJS, including components, state management, and routing.
NodeJS: Proficiency in building server-side applications using NodeJS, including creating RESTful APIs and handling asynchronous programming.
JavaScript: In-depth understanding of JavaScript fundamentals, including ES6+ features, data types, operators, and functional programming concepts.
Java: Strong programming skills in Java, including object-oriented programming principles, design patterns, and familiarity with Java frameworks.
Spring Boot: Hands-on experience in developing Spring Boot applications, including dependency injection, ORM (Object-Relational Mapping), and REST API development.
Microservices: Understanding of microservices architecture and experience in building and deploying microservices-based applications.
Azure: Knowledge of Microsoft Azure cloud platform, including Azure App Service, Azure Functions, Azure SQL Database, and Azure DevOps for CI/CD.
CI/CD: Familiarity with Continuous Integration (CI) and Continuous Deployment (CD) practices, including automated testing, build pipelines, and deployment strategies.
SQL: Proficiency in writing SQL queries, managing databases, and understanding of relational database concepts.
What you'll do:
As a Software Engineer, you'll spend your days translating requirements into solutions, writing code, collaborating with cross-functional teams and providing us with the insights necessary to think beyond the status quo.
Provides support to the business by responding to user questions, concerns, and issues (for example, technical feasibility, implementation strategies); researching and identifying needed solutions; determining implementation designs; providing guidance regarding implications of new and enhanced systems; identifying short- and long-term solutions; and directing users to appropriate contacts for issues outside of associate's domain
Troubleshoots business and production issues by gathering information (for example, issue, impact, criticality, possible root cause); performing root cause analysis to reduce future issues; engaging support teams to assist in the resolution of issues; developing solutions; driving the development of an action plan; performing actions as designated in the plan; interpreting the results to determine further action; and completing online documentation.
Demonstrates up-to-date expertise and applies this to the development, execution, and improvement of action plans by providing expert advice and guidance to others in the application of information and best practices; supporting and aligning efforts to meet customer and business needs; and building commitment for perspectives and rationales.
Provides and supports the implementation of business solutions by building relationships and partnerships with key stakeholders; identifying business needs; determining and carrying out necessary processes and practices; monitoring progress and results; recognizing and capitalizing on improvement opportunities; and adapting to competing demands, organizational changes, and new responsibilities.
Models' compliance with company policies and procedures and supports company mission, values, and standards of ethics and integrity by incorporating these into the development and implementation of business plans; using the Open Door Policy; and demonstrating and assisting others with how to apply these in executing business processes and practices.

The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00-$180,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
