Director Product Marketing

What does a successful Director of Product Marketing do at Fiserv?

Join our team as a Product Marketing Director and play a crucial role in shaping the future of Clover’s products and services! You will drive the development and execution of strategic marketing plans, leveraging your product knowledge, market analysis skills, and marketing expertise to ensure our offerings reach their target audience effectively. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, sales, and marketing, to create and implement comprehensive strategies that propel Clover to new heights.

What you will do:

  • Market Research: Conduct in-depth market research to identify target audiences, market trends, and competitors. Analyze customer needs and feedback to shape product strategies.

  • Product Positioning: Develop and articulate the unique value proposition of our products. Create messaging that resonates with target customers and differentiates us from competitors.

  • Marketing Strategy: Collaborate with us to define marketing objectives, goals, and KPIs. Develop and execute marketing plans that align with our overall business objectives.

  • Product Launch: Plan and oversee product launches. Ensure all marketing materials, sales collateral, and training resources are in place to support a successful launch.

  • Content Creation: Develop and oversee the creation of engaging marketing content, including product descriptions, web content, whitepapers, case studies, and sales presentations.

  • Sales Enablement: Equip our sales team with the necessary tools and resources to effectively sell our products. This includes training, sales materials, and competitive analysis.

  • Market Analysis: Monitor market trends, the competitive landscape, and customer feedback to adapt our marketing strategies and product positioning as needed.

  • Customer Engagement: Develop strategies for customer engagement, retention, and upselling. Collaborate with our customer support and success teams to address customer needs.

What you will need to have:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.

  • Proven experience in product marketing, with at least 5-7 years in a leadership role.

  • Proven expertise in marketing principles, market research, and product lifecycle management, evidenced by successful product launches and market penetration.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, demonstrated by a portfolio of marketing materials, presentations, and reports.

  • Track record of creating compelling marketing content that has driven significant engagement and conversion rates.

  • Proficiency in marketing tools and analytics platforms, such as Google Analytics, HubSpot, and Marketo, with a proven track record of using these tools to optimize campaigns.

  • Strong project management and leadership skills, demonstrated by leading cross-functional teams and managing multiple projects simultaneously, on time and within budget.

  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions, evidenced by the successful implementation of data-driven marketing strategies.

Important info about this role:

  • We’re better together! This role is fully on-site (all 5 days in the office) for the first 90 days and Monday through Thursday after that (Fridays can be optional).

Salary Range

$136,800.00 - $230,600.00

These pay ranges apply to employees in New York and California. Pay ranges for employees in other states may differ.
