Shire Key Account Manager Hospital Neuroscience in Berlin, Germany
Role Summary
Hospital Key Account Manager who strategically and operationally leads the hospital key accounts for Shire Neuroscience Germany. Main responsibilities include the interaction with the main Pharmacists, Buying groups, KOLs, prescribers and relevant stakeholders. Responsible for sales in hospitals for Shire Neuroscience portfolio. Responsible for adding value to the company by maximizing business opportunities in all areas of responsibility.
Responsibilities
Manage accounts throughout Germany, including:
Business planning
Analyze competitor and ecosystem activities and identifies opportunities & challenges
Develop – in collaboration with Medical, Marketing, Sales and Market Access – robust fact-based & efficient account plans leveraging best practices, and execute efficiently against them
Manage the account activities, including driving organization of P2P meetings and roundtables in cooperation with sales and medical team
Be fully accountable for the performance of the hospital account
Coordinate and promote collaboration across functions, especially with sales team
Collaborate with the cross-functional team/ internal and external stakeholders
Lead the cross-functional account team with team spirit
Act as the point of contact for all hospital account-related matters
Comply with regulatory framework in Germany
Compliant with applicable codes (AKG und EFPIA)•
Education & Experience Requirements
experience with multinational companies in comparable positions, preferably in Neuroscience
Preferable MBA or university degree in biology, pharmacy, or economy
Excellent language skills in German and English (written and spoken)

Be a selling expert: demonstrate a comprehensive knowledge of selling principles, and strong communication & presentation skills
